Posted over the weekend here on Craigslist in Farview Park, Ohio is this 1965 Ford Falcon Squire Wagon the private seller is currently asking $8,500 for. Using the Hagerty Insurance Online Valuation Tool, the private seller has his Falcon Wagon priced halfway between the #3 “Good” level of $11,000 and the #4 “Fair” (Daily Driver) value of $6,800. Given the rust spots on the exterior despite being a California car, we’d try to negotiate the price down a bit.
Unfortunately, the private seller does not provide an interior or engine pictures, so you’ll need to contact him directly to see if he has more available. The brief description in his post provides the following:
“1965 Ford Falcon Squire Wagon. Very Solid California Car. Frame Solid, No Rust, Front Passenger Floor Patched Looks Good, Tight. Two Other Rust Spots on Body. 289 with A4 Barrel Factory C Code. Dual Exhaust. Runs Good. Easy Project For A Wagon.”
A factory V8-powered Falcon wagon from this model year is a rare site, so this would definitely make a great classic car for a family with young kids to enjoy the hobby together. Good luck with the purchase!
