Often times you can come across an interesting classic truck for sale by the current caretaker having it parked on a trailer at a car show. That’s exactly what happened this weekend when we spotted this Red-over-Red vinyl 1969 Ford F100 Ranger at the Flemington Speedway Historical Society’s annual Fall Car Show held at the Hunterdon County Fairgrounds in Ringoes, New Jersey. The current caretaker is asking $6,900 or best offer for their truck. Using the Hagerty Insurance Online Valuation Tool as a guide, the private seller currently has their F100 Ranger priced $100 higher than the #4 “Fair” (Daily Driver) estimate of $6,800. If you are serious about purchasing this Ranger, you can call the owner Joe directly at 908-812-6832.
We did not get a chance to speak to Joe, however we were impressed at how solid his F100 is. In addition to being equipped with a Traction-Lok rear end, the seller stated that all of the chrome and stainless trim is included with the sale. There was a lot of buzz around this truck at the show on Saturday, so we recommend calling Joe soon if you are serious about grabbing this example for your winter project. Good luck with the purchase!
