Baby Blue: 1968 Chevrolet K20 Pickup – Sold!
While the bulk of Chevrolet Action Line trucks (1967-1972) we feature tend to be the two-wheel-drive, half-ton “C” models, it was refreshing to coming across this frame-off restored 1968 four-wheel-drive, three-quarter-ton K20 listed on Craiglist in Carteret, New Jersey with an asking price of $19,750. Checking the Hagerty Insurance Online Valuation Tool confirms this private seller has his K20 priced $650 below the current #2 “Excellent” estimate of $20,400 This appears to be a very nicely restored Action Line Chevy with the only non-stock flaws we can pick out are the later model Camaro style steering wheel and the aftermarket wheels. Both are no harm, no foul, and easy enough to source and replace with stock examples if desired. While the seller lists this truck as a four-speed, keep in mind that given this is a 3/4 ton four-wheel-drive model, that first gear is likely best reserved for rock crawling or getting a heavy trailer moving. Good luck with the purchase!
