Owned 21 Years: 1999 Mazda B2500 LT1 Street Machine – $13,500

Jul 2020 | Classifinds, Truckin Tuesday

Its no secret we’re big fans of truly small trucks, especially the still-popular-to-this-day third generation Ford Ranger produced from 1998 through 2012. Those who dare to be different often try to find the Mazda badge-engineered version of the Ranger called the B2500.  Over the weekend, the original owner of a rare 1999 B2500 listed their truck here on Craigslist in LaGrange, New York with an asking price of $13,500. With the NADA Guides Online Classic Car Online Valuation Tool listing their “Low”, “Average”, and “High” retail value range at only $2,350, $4,225, and $5,975, respectively, you may be wondering why we aren’t giving this truck our latest “NEW!” (short for “No Effin Way!) Award.  Simple. After paying his truck off in 2004, the original owner set off on a quest to make a great V8-powered sleeper truck.  Go ahead, try and source a similar B2500 that hasn’t been beat to death and then proceed to add a Corvette LT1 crate motor and other numerous modifications for $13,500.  We agree with the original owner’s statement saying, “Treat yourself and buy it built already.” So, if you are serious about buying this one-of-a-kind B2500, you can start the conversation by either calling or texting the original owner at (845) 392-6522.  When you do, please remember to mention you saw his custom Mazda featured here on GuysWithRides.com.

There is a lot to love about this custom Mazda that appears to be a very high quality build.  The original owner’s complete description of his beloved build really says it all:
