Classifind Cut 41: 1960 Pontiac Safari Six Passenger Roller – Sold?

Oct 2020 | Classifind Cut, Classifinds, Wagon Wednesday

December 1st Update – We just confirmed the Craigslist ad for this ride expired and with no replacement listing found, we’re assuming this car sold.  This one may have got away, but if you have your heart set on something similar, email us the details of what you’re looking for or call Rudy directly at (908)295-7330.

No power train and replacement floorboards and supports provided.  Classic cars containing that description in their sales listing have the luxury of either becoming a restoration, a Rat Rod, or possibly a Restomod depending on the next caretaker’s skills and bak account.  That’s the situation we have with this 1960 Pontiac Safari six-passenger Safari station wagon in Catalina trim originally listed in October 2020 on Craigslist in Bethel, Ohio (Cincinnatti)  with an asking price of $5,700.

Here’s the seller’s description:

“1960 Pontiac Safari 6-Passenger Station Wagon.
Solid-body except for some areas of the floor. Includes all-new sheet metal to replace the rusted areas of the floor pan.
Glass is complete and in good condition. Includes all trim parts, seats, and an additional dash and instrument cluster.
No engine or trans. Clear title.”

Restore, Rat Rad, or Restomod – what would you do with this Pontiac Wagon?  Comment below and let us know!
