Classifind Cut 50: 1979 Chrysler Cordoba – $6,000

Nov 2020 | Classifind Cut, Classifinds, Malaise Monday

While the styling of the 1975-1977 Chrysler Cordoba personal luxury coupe was a key driver of its early sales success,  by 1979 sales declined significantly for internal and external reasons.  Externally, the now-dated model found itself competing against downsized and somewhat more fuel-efficient alternatives from GM and Ford.  Internally, the new, smaller Chrysler LeBaron cannibalized Cordoba sales.

This driver quality, red-over-red example just listed Sunday here on Craigslist in Worcester, Massachusetts appears to be a nice driver quality survivor with only 65K original miles and an asking price of $6,000.  The Collector Car Market Review Online Tool places the asking price $200 above this guide’s current #3 “Good” estimate of $5,800.

If you are serious about buying this Cordoba, you can start the conversation by texting the seller at (508) 414-0038.  When you do, please remember to mention you saw his Cordoba featured here on Good luck with the purchase!
