Listed just in time to make the deadline for Truckin Tuesday is this 1976 Ford F-250 Ranger XLT Camper Special 4×4 first listed in November 2020 on Craigslist in Smithtown, New York (Long Island). Originally a West Coast truck, the private seller reports his Ranger XLT to feature a repaint on a rust-free body and has an asking price of $22,500. The Hagerty Insurance Online Valuation Tool places the asking price between this guide’s current #2 “Excellent” estimate of $26,900 and it’s #3 “Good” appraisal of $15,000.

“4 Speed, 400 CID , 4bbl Edelbrock,Headers,PB,PS, Runs drives excellent, shifts like it should, all 4 wheel drive components work as they should,West Coast Truck, Original Wimbledon White paint, repainted glory green, due to V.F.D painted red. Truck was used in parades. Bed prepped and primed, Custom wheel adapters, Ford 2019 wheels and tires , New heater core, door window sweeps & felts, rear sliding window gasket, stainless steel hardware for side view mirrors, bed matt, carpet. Just Winterized , oil and filter done . Odometer on truck 85,561 the 400 is not the original motor. Horn button mounted on dash, front cloth seat needs to be recovered ( foam and springs excellent condition. This truck has all original sheet metal no rot. Must see amazing truck”
