In our latest example of why drinking and saws-alls don’t mix, we present Exhibit A in the form of this beheaded 1970 Buick LeSabre Four-Door Sedan. Originally listed on Craigslist in early November 2020 in Clifton Hill, Missouri, the current owner wants $200 for someone to have the privilege of hauling this car away. If you’re wondering what happened to this car’s roof, the seller admits to “chopping it off with a saw on a drunken whim.” Thankfully, he elected to perform such surgery on a pillared sedan and not what’s become a valuable four-door hardtop. “Selling a POS Buick Le Saber 1970. I drove this car to where it is now parked last month. I chopped off the hardtop with a saw on a drunken whim. 3 tires are great. The Rear left is null. If you want to drive it home, need to fix the water heat gauge, and back Rear left tire and battery. Engine 350.4 approx 70xxx miles.”
