Classifind Cut: 1965 Pontiac LeMans Convertible Project Package – SOLD!
February 2, 2021 Update – we confirmed the seller of this “Classifind” deleted their listing, so we’re now able to call this one “SOLD!” While this one got away, please reach out either by email or call Rudy directly if you’d like to be informed when we come across something similar.
If you’re looking for a classic car project with all of the parts needed to complete it offered at a discount, then this 1965 V8, four-speed Pontiac Lemans originally listed in January 2021 on Craigslist in LaFollette, Tennesee (Knoxville) may be the car for you. While the car is offered at $12,500 the seller offers the complete package of parts for $17,70o. Comparing that price against the Hagerty Insurance Online Valuation Tool confirms the private seller has their package deal priced at this guide’s #3 “Good” estimate of $17,600. The great news is that even though this isn’t a GTO, there is still plenty of upside if you decide to sell your LeMans after completing what should be a fairly straight forward restoration…okay, there is no such thing as a “straight forward restoration”, but this LeMans project comes close.

LOL. At morning coffee this morning I brought up that years back everyone put “Buick mags” on most GM cars. Lo and behold, the original photos….this Poncho had “Buick mags”!
