1992 Pierce Dash Pumper Fire Truck – Sold?

by | Jun 2021 | Classifinds, Truckin Tuesday

June 28, 2021 Update – We just confirmed the listing for this Pierce Fire Truck “Classifind” expired, so with no replacement found we’re assuming this ride “Sold?” While this one got away, please reach out either by email or call us directly if you’d like to be informed when we come across something similar.

Who secretly wouldn’t want to add a fire truck to their fantasy car collection? Perhaps you have a reason to need a vehicle to pump massive quantities of water very quickly? Better still, maybe you support a needy community through your local church or synagogue that is in need of some sort of Fire Truck you would perhaps like to donate. Whatever your reason, if working sirens and horns are a must-have, then this 1992 Pierce Dash Fire Pumper originally listed in May 2021 on Craigslist in Richmond, Indiana at only $8,900 might be the truck for you. We don’t have a source to compare that price request, but then again, a working fire truck for less than ten large appears to be a very fair deal.

Pierce is recognized as one of the leaders in building fire fighting equipment.  Founded in 1913 and based in Appleton Wisconsin, if you’re going to buy a Fire Truck, you’re better off buying one with this company’s badge on the front.

Here’s the seller’s description:

“1992 Pierce dash pumper fire truck with 160,065 miles, clean title, diesel engine, Allison transmission, RWD, 500-gallon water tank, working 1,000 GPM water pump, 50-gallon fuel tank, air ride driver’s seat, working lights, sirens, horns, and gauges, working heat, seats 5. NO EMAILS PLEASE. CALL OR TEXT ONLY

I’m in! Love that front bumper!

We’re actually working on getting 1 or 2 firetrucks into the New Hope Auto Show this year.
