June 29, 2021 Update – Both the Internet and GuysWithRides.com never forget. In our latest example, we just came across the first listing in six months for this interesting 1956 Ford F100 Panel Delivery. Vintage 1950s panel trucks make for excellent company promotional vehicles. If you’ve watched any custom car or motorcycle shows over the years, you’ll note that many of the episodes are based on building a promotional vehicle commissioned by a company. This 1956 Ford F100 Panel Truck originally listed in December 2020 on Craiglist in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey carries “Punctual Plumber” livery combined with a matching go-kart indicates Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Company must have commissioned this truck at some point. We could not find any information online about it, so if you know anything about its history, please comment below. While it’s a very cool build, we suspect the next caretaker will want to change the panel graphics and perhaps the interior carpeting to something for their own company or perhaps just eliminate the branding altogether. Livery aside, we love the fact the builder chose to use a warmed-over 223 cubic inch inline-six mated to a three-on-the-tree controlled manual transmission. Currently asking $35,000, the Collector Car Market Review Online Tool confirms the ask is slightly higher than this guide’s current #1 “Excellent” appraisal of $34,200 for a stock example.

Offered him 335 when he had it on eBay and he never contacted me back to say whether he was gonna accept it or not I’d. Talk to him 2 previous times and he said if he didn’t sell it. Then? That when his date was done he’d give me a call never did
