The Guys With Rides team is pleased to offer this 552 cubic inch V8-powered 1951 Ford F-3 Flareside street machine in an online, reserve-style auction on behalf of the private seller.
Bidding opened Wednesday, February 1, 2023, and continues for fourteen (14) consecutive days ending at 6:00 PM Eastern Time on Wedneday, February 15, 2023.
This truck currently resides as part of a private collection in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Here is the seller’s description of his unique street machine:
“This was a frame-off restoration. It has a 429 thunderjet bored and stroked to 552 cu in. with a Speedway Motors stroker kit, aluminum heads, Comp Cams roller cam, and roller rockers. There is a Weiand Stealth intake with FiTech Meanstreet 800 fuel injection. Sanderson block headers run from the 3-inch exhaust to 4-inch stacks. It has power rack and pinion steering, and disc brakes. The rear axle is a GM Corporate 14-bolt one-ton axle with 4.56 gears, limited slip, and disc brakes. The transmission is a Hughes Racing C6 with a Hughes 1800 stall torque converter and Hughes transmission cooler. The interior is custom with Braum high back bucket seats, a custom-built console with cherry wood insert, and an Apple car play enabled head unit with subwoofer. Vintage Air air conditioning. The bed is approximately ten coats of hand-applied tung oil on plywood, with a built-in battery box hatch and gas fill hatch. The tires are 18″ Nitto Terra Grapplers, 265/60 front and 325/60 in the rear.”
